How doggio uses cookies and similar storage, and how you stay in control.

Cookie categories
In short: Three categories: Essential (always on), Analytics, and Support chat. You choose Analytics and Support chat.
We use the following categories. You can change the optional ones at any time from “Cookie settings”.

Specific cookies and storage

Where these apply
In short: The same choices apply across our public website and the signed-in app. Admin tools load no analytics or chat at all.
Your cookie choices apply to both our public marketing website and the signed-in doggio app, set them once and they carry across.
Our internal admin surface never loads analytics or the support-chat widget, regardless of choices made elsewhere.
Managing your choices
In short: Open “Cookie settings” anytime to change Analytics or Support chat. Turning something off stops it and clears its data.
You can open “Cookie settings” from the banner or the footer at any time. Turning a category off stops the related provider from loading and clears the storage it set.
We’ll ask again after 180 days, or sooner if we make a material change to how cookies work. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, though blocking essential storage may stop doggio from working.
- Essential, always on; cannot be switched off.
- Analytics, off by default; turn on to help us improve doggio.
- Support chat, off by default; turn on to use live chat.
